- Admit Card of ANM/GNM Entrance Exam 2026
- Result of Entrance Exam (keep download result name list )
- Printout of Counselling Registration / Application Form
- 10th Marksheet and Certificate
- 12th Marksheet and Certificate
- School/College Leaving Certificate (SLC/CLC)
- Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate ( यदि लागू हो / if applicable )
- Residential/Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate- SC/ST/BC-I/BC-II ( आदि, यदि लागू हो / if applicable )
- Income Certificate – ( for reservation category)

- All candidates included in the list of candidates who passed the GNM/ANM Entrance Competitive Examination-2026 should select their course/institute from the available institutes/courses as per their priority(दिए गए कॉलेज में से अपनी प्राथमिकता के अनुसार चयन करें)
