JCECEB B.Ed M.Ed B.P.Ed 4th online counselling 2026 :- The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released an important notice regarding the 4th and final round of online counselling for B.Ed., M.Ed. and B.P.Ed. courses for the academic session 2026-28.
As per the notice dated 15 September 2026, eligible candidates can participate in the final online counselling round for admission to the concerned courses. Candidates who could not participate in the earlier counselling rounds, did not receive a seat, or could not complete admission may also take part as per the applicable rules.

Required Documents for counselling
You are given advice to keep arrange these following document with you for your counselling.
- 10th & 12th marksheet and passing certificate
- Graduation Marksheet , provisional or degree certificate ( as applicable)
- Migration Certificate ( requirred if applying to outside your home university)
- TC of last institute you attended
- For Address & Identity proof
- Adhar card
- Voter Id or Passport ( if you applicable)
- Domicile Certificate of state where you are applying
- Reservation document & category document ( if you are applicable)
- SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate
- EWS Certificate ( Economicaly Weaker Section)
- Disablity certificate ( for differently – abled candidates)
- Also keep income certificate, character certificate .
